Redo and Refund Policy

Free redo

Every Basic and Pro purchase includes one free redo within 7 days of purchase. A redo runs the full analysis again (score, questions, rewrite, re-score), so you can change your details or your target role. Start it from your dashboard. A redo that fails because of a problem on our side doesn't count as used.

Refunds

Full refund within 7 days if you haven't started. If you ask within 7 days of purchase and haven't started an analysis with that purchase, we refund it in full.

Once an analysis has started, the work is delivered immediately, so instead of a refund you get the free redo above.

We will always refund if we fail to deliver what you bought (for example, you never receive access and we can't fix it).

30-day Re-score Pass

The pass is never charged automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. An unused pass (no re-score run yet) can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

Effect of a refund

When an order is refunded or cancelled, access bought with that order ends.

How to ask

Email support@linkedoptima.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
