Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Oleksandr Us ("LinkedOptima", "we") for the LinkedOptima website, app and services.

1. The service

LinkedOptima scores a LinkedIn profile you provide against our published rubric and suggests rewrites and related content. LinkedOptima is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.

2. Your account

Accounts are created when you buy. Keep access to your email secure; sign-in links are sent there. We never ask for your LinkedIn password.

3. What you submit

• Submit only your own profile and information you have the right to share. Don't submit other people's personal data (for example, recommendations written by others).
• You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for checking that everything you publish is true. We use only facts you provide, but AI output can contain errors: review everything before you post it. Where a number would help and you haven't given one, we insert "[ADD YOUR NUMBER]". Fill in your real figure or remove it.

4. No guarantee of results

Scores reflect our rubric applied to the text you gave us. We do not guarantee any outcome, including profile views, connections, interviews, job offers, clients or income. Role Match fit scores are estimates from the text you supplied, not predictions of hiring decisions. Suggested courses or certifications are suggestions only.

5. Purchases

• Prices are shown on the store at checkout. Basic, Pro and Role Match are one-time purchases.
• The 30-day Re-score Pass is a one-time purchase that lasts 30 days and is never charged automatically. Buying it again while active adds 30 days to the end of your current pass.
• Each Basic or Pro purchase includes one analysis and one free redo within 7 days. See the Redo and Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no automated or bulk use, no attempts to get around limits or bot checks, no submitting unlawful or harmful content, no reverse engineering, and no reselling of outputs as a competing service. We may limit or suspend accounts that do. Usage limits apply to keep the service fair and affordable.

7. Browser extension (if offered)

If we offer a browser extension, it reads only the visible page you are on, only when you click it and confirm it is your own profile. Your use of LinkedIn remains subject to LinkedIn's terms.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, pause or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you bought and haven't used, we refund what you paid for that feature.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost opportunities or income), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can't be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any protections the laws of your country give you.
